Subscription Cancellation

  • Users can cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team.

  • Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.

Refund Policy

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions once the payment is processed.

  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within the first 7 days of subscribing to an annual plan, you are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be provided after the 7-day period.

Free Trial Period

  • If you are using a free trial and decide not to continue, you must cancel your subscription before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

No Refund for Misuse

  • Refunds will not be granted if the software was misused, abused, or used in violation of our terms and conditions.
